Billing & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how billing, credits, cancellations, and refunds are handled on the EGD platform.

1. Membership Billing

EGD memberships are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe.

  • When you subscribe, you authorize recurring charges for your selected plan.
  • Billing occurs at the start of each billing cycle.
  • Payments must remain in good standing to maintain access.

2. Credits and Usage

Memberships include a monthly credit allowance.

  • Credits are required to execute agents and certain platform actions.
  • Credits are deducted only when work is executed.
  • Credits reset at the start of each billing cycle.
  • Credits do not roll over.

One‑time credit purchases:

  • Add credits immediately.
  • Do not affect your subscription.
  • Are non‑refundable once applied.

3. Payment Failures and Grace Period

If a payment fails:

  • Your membership enters a grace period.
  • Agent execution is paused during this period.
  • You may restore access by resolving payment.

If payment is not resolved by the end of the grace period:

  • Your membership is suspended.
  • Agents are disabled until payment is restored.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time from your billing settings.

When you cancel:

  • Your membership remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • No further subscription charges occur.

After the billing period ends:

  • Your membership becomes inactive.
  • Agent execution stops.
  • Unused credits expire.

5. Refunds

Subscription fees are not refunded for partial billing periods.

One‑time credit purchases are non‑refundable once applied.

Refunds, if granted, are issued only at EGD's discretion or where required by law.

6. Reactivation

If you reactivate after cancellation:

  • A new billing cycle begins.
  • A new credit allowance is issued.
  • Unused credits from the prior period are not restored.

7. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated from time to time. Updates will be reflected by an updated date at the top of this page.
